Smart Box kya hai?
The Smart Box is a compact plug-and-play media player that comes preloaded with SimplylocalX. Connect it to any screen via HDMI, plug into power, connect to WiFi, and your screen is live. Includes a 1-year hardware warranty and 5 years of software updates.
Setup mein kitna time lagta hai?
Setup 5 minutes se kam mein ho jaata hai. Smart Box ko apne TV ya monitor mein plug karo, WiFi se connect karo, aur web console se content upload karne ke liye ready ho.
Kaun se plans available hain?
Buy a Smart Box once (₹4,500), then top up day-credits as you need higher tiers. Mid (₹6,000 for 365 days) and Pro (₹10,500 for 365 days) unlock additional themes, playlists, admins, and storage. Mid and Pro are ad-free. The Smart Box also works on its own with the Free plan.
Kya mein apna plan upgrade ya downgrade kar sakta hoon?
Haan, tum kabhi bhi apna plan upgrade ya downgrade kar sakte ho. Change tumhari next renewal date par effect mein aayega.
When do my day-credits start counting down?
Day-credits start consuming the moment your Smart Box first powers on, or 3 weeks from the order date — whichever comes first. Until then, your credits sit safely in your account.
What is the return policy?
You have a 4-week return window from the date your Smart Box is delivered. Return the Smart Box and accessories in original condition and you'll receive a refund minus a ₹400 restocking fee. Unused day-credits are refundable. Full details on our Cancellation & Refund page.
Kya Smart Box install karne ke liye technician chahiye?
Nahi. Smart Box self-installation ke liye design kiya gaya hai. Yeh kisi bhi HDMI port mein plug hota hai aur WiFi se connect hota hai. Koi special tools ya technical knowledge nahi chahiye.
Kya Smart Box offline kaam karta hai?
Yes. Every Smart Box caches your content locally and keeps displaying it for 24+ hours if the internet drops. No blank screens during a WiFi outage.
Apni screen par content kaise manage karein?
SimplylocalX web console console.simplylocalx.com par use karo. Kisi bhi browser se images, videos, aur text posts upload karo. Changes minutes mein screen par dikhte hain.
Kaun se content formats supported hain?
You can upload images (JPG, PNG, WebP), videos (MP4, up to 80 MB), PDFs, and text posts up to 5,000 characters. Instagram Direct to Screen is included on Mid and Pro.
Tum kahan ship karte ho?
Hum poore India mein ship karte hain. Orders 24–48 working hours mein process hote hain aur location ke hisaab se 3–7 working days mein deliver ho jaate hain.
