SimplylocalX is owned and operated by Wabi Tech Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or using our mobile application (“app”) or Smart Box (“device”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for their intended purpose, subject to the following restrictions:
- No hateful content — You may not use our Services to upload, display, or distribute content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group.
- No reverse engineering — You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or technology used in our Services.

2. Orders, Shipping, and Subscription
Orders placed through our website or authorized channels will be shipped within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.
Your subscription activates on the earlier of the following two events:
- First power-on of the device
- 3 weeks from the order date
Whichever occurs first will mark the start of your subscription period.

All materials available through our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and documentation — are the property of Wabi Tech Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
